Purse phone is actually fantastic and just marketed wrong. Dual screen phone but a front and back screen. You can choose the wallpaper of the back screen individually. Does the back screen do anything? No! It's for style points! 😀
It'd be expensive but I would buy one

the balance phone sounds like something extremely good for teenagers. they have a good device for daily needs, a way to contact their parents, no distractions and no access to social medias
I think you should tell us all more of the details, operating system, memory, ram, camera resolution, dpi, screen glass, all those things matter greatly.
I expected some unique hardwares tbh like Sidephone or Unihertz (yes these are unique these days) but that Balance phone is just your typical Samsung phone. Disappointed that half the list is just your regular phone with custom OS.
