  1. Ok I’m not flexible but your moves isolate the different muscles
    To add to your toes up , toes down , add sitting with your knees bent and a straight back. Start with your knees as high as you need then holding a straight and straightening your knees. Toes up hit the calf muscle, toes down hit the hamstring, sitting with the straight back and stretching your knees, hit the lower back. It took me your video and somebody else’s video to figure this out. Thanks for the help.

  2. I have L4/L5 DDD (degenerative disc disease) causing lower back and sciatica pain. I couldn’t bend down even 1 inch before, but now I’m halfway to touching my toes! ❤

  3. Tip: for each exercices
    =>do it 2 times
    =>Set a timer for 2 minutes : stay at the bottom for 5 sec, get up and go down again for 5 sec
    Do this during the 2 minutes

    You will notice that your hand will touch the ground the more you do it

    Thank doc, you are the best 🔥🔥🔥🔥

  4. Thank you, i find myself having sharp pain in the back of my knees especially when my toes are up, its really affecting me and keeping me from stretching because it hurts and i don't feel it in my muscles instead in the back of my knee, anyone know what the problem is?
