Buc-cees is a piece of sh*t. They make their living by suing small businesses whos logos are nothing alike whatsoever and have chosen to go after a small business who's been there BEFORE buc-cees. Ppl still supporting corporations who actively choose to take down small businesses are equally as bad for supporting them and putting money in buc-cees pockets

How can you not like Buc-ee's? This was clearly a segment to get more people there. I would hate to work there but always got good service
I worked there. They're not lying. They treat their employees like shit. And they treat the customers like idiots when a refund comes up. Not only that the owner is a complete crook and has a habit of shitting on the little guy.

This is such a bullshit story, they had 88 complaints in three years. If you know anything about Buckys, they have 88 people go through there in 15 minutes. The F grade is more of an indictment of the BBB than Bucees.
Can not take any vehicle in the world there. They do NOT allow truck drivers on their property. Even if you park nearby and walk to it they find out your escorted off the premises. Never been to one myself and never will as I'm a truck driver and support my brothers and sisters of the highways and byways

I have returned 1 thing it was a tshirt I got for my sister (it was 2 small & they did not have next size up) BUT Tags where Not removed, I had my receipt & it was within 2 days of purchase.

I haven't found a buccees I didn't like. I don't expect perfect customer service. You didn't see that anywhere anymore. I buy several things every visit. No issues.

NO, YOU CANNOT TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO BUC-EES. THEY DO NOT ALLOW SEMI TRUCKS OR ANY COMMERCIAL VEHICLE. My opinion BUC-EES is no good, owner has a problem with commercial vehicles, or truck drivers we do not make much anymore, 1 trip as an owner operator net amount I made was 323.06 after a two week trip minus insurance, ifta, labor, permits, minor maintenance, and some health food bananas oranges etc … 323.06 America does not want real drivers with trucks on the roads they want slaves they can blame for everything. 20 years I've done this good luck America, shelves will start getting bare it's already started.
Place is the best! Been only 6xs but never an issue…wish they would come to the East Coast!
