  1. ♥ Here’s is the multi-nutrient with vegan methyl-cobalamin that I formulated and take daily: https://nacproplus.com/

  2. Years ago I figured out I was b deficient after a year of extreme and constant fatigue, headache everyday, nausea , food aversion and fine motor seemed to decrease. I made an appointment with a new Dr. (took over 3 months to get – by then I figured it out) I still kept the appointment. I explained all to the Dr and their reaponse.was," so, what do you want me to do about it?" I shut up and waited for that appointment to be over. Now, I would have spoke my mind.
Where I take B vitamins now I get so ornery, almost a rage so I stopped . I will try part of a vitamin, but I still get ornery1. I have tried different brands . Some have been food based. Don't know what ro take now.

  3. I've been taking Puritan's Pride b12 everyday since my liver transplant in 2019 October. I don't have any problem taking supplements, but the problem is knowing which ones actually have the vitamins in them and the ones that are just garbage I find that very confusing I don't know if you could name a brand or just explain how one is better than the other . Thank you so much for your time and explanations ❗ ❤😊

  4. First time viewer and wanted to express my appreciation for the extremely thorough information you provided here about Vitamin B-12. One question: I have checked various on-line sources for B-12 in the methylcobalamin form and I immediately noticed that dosages vary very widely, with most in the 1,000 to 2,000mcg range. That is radically above the MDR levels and 100-200X higher than what is in the NacPro Plus multi-supplement that you suggested. Is there are any downsides (and upsides for that matter) in taking such a massive dose?

  5. I was terrified of cognitive decline watching my parents struggle 😩 my own brain fog was getting so scary. A friend recommended the Menopause Transition Playbook by (Lisa.Grant). It addressed the root causes naturally. 27 lbs down and my mind is razor sharp now. More women need to know about this honestly.

  6. Brain health became my obsession after menopause hit 😔 I researched everything but nothing helped my fog. A functional doctor mentioned the Menopause Transition Playbook author is (Lisa.Grant). It supported my brain through gut healing. 29 lbs gone and I feel mentally clear again. This book is a must-read truly.

  7. Btw, an MD who’s an ex-Air Force MD practicing anthroposophical medicine said that B12 can feed cancer cells too at certain levels. Can you comment on that? So it’s a delicate balance. Humans have cancer cells apparently that die on their own (autophagy) but feeding them
Is it a good thing obviously.

  8. I’m a vegetarian and have always known that I need to get B12 levels checked annually at least. I in fact give the list of all the things I want checked including vitamin D, B12, other minerals etc. during my blood work. If insurance doesn’t pay for it, I pay it myself. We need to be advocates for our own health. I once got a binding test done too to ensure there’s no problem with absorption itself, no issues there. I’m not a medical professional but I believe I’m in charge of my body and health in partnership with my doctor.. they’re not gods. Best of health to all!!

  9. I’m 65. My recent blood test showed my B12 is 534 (range 200-1100) I eat lean beef, wild caught sockeye salmon, pasture raised eggs, wild caught sardines, leafy greens, bell peppers, broccoli, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, blueberries. I also daily chew 5 tablets of Nutritional Yeast which is very high in B12. I

  10. I started becoming very lightheaded and didn't know what was going on. It was scary. Luckily it started happening at the same time as my annual check up and the blood test revealed low B12. After 2 month of daily 1000 MCG of feel back to normal. I had been taking proton pump inhibitors and OTC acid reflux medication for years and stopped absorption of B12.

  11. Whoa! I dropped B12 supplementation on the recommendation of my oncologist, and have developed a lot of the symptoms mentioned here. Meanwhile, the multivitamins with iron I take instead did not reverse my red blood cell problems. Going back to B12 immediately.

  12. Vitamin B‑12 is produced only by certain bacteria and archaea in nature — no plants, animals, or fungi can make it. All B‑12 found in food ultimately comes from these microbes. This also explains why beef is high in B-12, compared to pork or poultry. Cattle extract nutrition from grass by fermenting it in their rumen, where billions of microbes break down cellulose into energy‑rich fatty acids, proteins, and vitamins that the cow absorbs.
