I just got a 1 book<emerald trade on the same librarian that takes 1book 1emerald<mending.. took me like 50+ resets on his trade but i basically got infinite mending/emeralds already lol
Got 3 different perfect elytras now, MAKE SURE you get unbreaking3 it makes the travel distance go from like 5k blocks to at least 20k? before it would break.. ive not tested it yet but it hasnt dropped below 4/5ths durability even when im not getting xp
