I had trouble last night with some keys, then this morning, i couldn't type in the password. I watched another video about shift and it didn't work. I watched then, held the N keys down and a lot of dots typed. I erased them and typed my p.w. as normal.

This happens when your Laptop Keyboard Drivers are corrupted. You're gonna have to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, which means Reset the drivers.
