gosh i wish i had money for food and gas
I literally work in lighting maintenance as a director. $253k on lighting in not routine. For a 2 lane bowling alley, I can't imagine surpassing $25k in potential material and labor, and even that's an insane number. There 100% must be a larger scope of work beyond a lighting upgrade.
