My mom is 96 , still sharp as a tack. 😊 In the early 1950s she was a nanny in Montreal, Canada 🇨🇦 I still have her first store bought suit and blouse. I wore it once. My dad brought her a white faux jacket I've worn many times. Along with her evening bag. Close to 80-85% of my clothes I've thrifted. Love your channel! What a sweet pup 🐶 ❤ from a Canadian viewer.❤

I thrift all of my clothes except for shoes. Also most of my decor is also thrifted. I rarely pay full price! Love your idea of using thrifted platters for sharing baked goods! I love thrifting books as well.

The grey blazer is amazing. I am in England and recently picked up a 100% wool vintage Jaeger blazer, made in London. I absolutely love it! I am on the hunt for a Veronica Beard blazer but it's not a brand we see often here in the UK, I am not giving up hope though 😅
Books – I very rarely buy a book brand new. It has to be something special I really want. Otherwise, it’s the library for me or thrifted.
I refuse to pay full price for my dinnerware and all my beautiful glasses…. Dinnerware is white all thrifted…..all my glasses were as well. My dinnerware is pottery barn ( lucked out years ago) my glasses are vintage Wexford diamond cut and I have the wine, drinking and juice, and pitcher always on the look out for the butter dish lol Because they have that diamond cut they elevate the table when I set it. Looks so pretty 😍
I get my baskets at the bins and wash them in ivory liquid soap and warm water, they look new afterwards…..
The joke in our house growing up was my mom's drawer of used wrapping paper! There was some really cool vintage wrap, probably some from the late 50's. To this day I still can't rip open a present. Your mom is beautiful ‼️. Always love seeing Lumpy❣️🐾🐾

I also have a brand-new trench coat and a short trench coat, both in Petite. I’m definitely going to get some wear out of them this year! Last year, because of my knee replacement, I didn’t wear any of my nice coats. I’m looking forward to finally enjoying them this year. ❤️

Almost of my handbags and shoes are thrifted. I just clean the shoe interiors well. These are the sections I look in first when I thrift. Most of my clothes are also thrifted.

Omg! I went shopping today and I just couldn’t justify paying retail either. 😂 All I could think when thinking about trying something on was I could find this cheaper at a thrift store for the fraction of the price of what they want in the store. So, thrifting I’d rather be doing! Plus it saves it from the landfills.
I had to laugh. I love to bring thrift store mugs home as well… And my husband is the same way. There's no room for more mugs. How many do you need? He uses the same one every day. I like my coffee drinking experience to be different every day.😂❤

Just paid full price for a robe for my daughter, but it wasn't crazy high and I was happy with the quality. She is also picky about fabrics and color so I usually buy new for her. For me, on the other hand, I rarely buy anything new.

I love buying most of my clothes, and shoes, and house stuff from thrift stores. I keep a thrift list of things Im looking for. Yesterday I found NWT green skinnys for fall. And I found faux leather Kankan flared pants for euntee. Soooo excited!!
