When I initially heard about the incident I easily predicted who the driver was, and that alcohol was involved. The remaining question is his legal status, and I suspect that no one will be surprised. Montgomery County is being destroyed and residents are losing their lives.
For everybody, that's thinking, you know, how did you not know? If you know that section of 270 where the bypass takes off and you can get off on the bridge to go into the mall. There's not very much traffic typically go in southbound. On there, so you wouldn't even notice it. Until you literally got up and then he was slammed in the face of a call coming around the corner
I can pretty much guarantee. They came down from the ramp head in the wrong direction. Because both of the ramps are pretty dang, close to each other

Thats a recurring dream i have, a wrong way driver on a high speed beltway or interstate. Or sometimes im going the wrong way. Scary even as a dream.

In cases like this there should only be two punishments. Life in prison or rig you up in a car that can recreate the crash and if you survive what you’re victims didn’t then you can go free.
Nearly 12,000 people a year are killed by drunk drivers in the USA. Our judicial systems should require anyone convicted of a DUI to have an interlock on their vehicle for the rest of their driving lives. One and done. If that’s the looming penalty for just ONE infraction, people might make better decision about their drinking and driving habits.

Million's of dollars spent each year on road engineering and adding lanes but none spent on installing the one way spike platform's on the exit ramp's keeping vehicles from going the wrong way entering the freeway's. Parking garage's have them.
