This TV anime began airing on April 5, 1996, as the third work in the Alternative Series. It depicts the recurrence of a global war and its aftereffects from the viewpoint of the planet Earth which had suffered unprecedented destruction in the previous colony drops, focusing on the crew of the Vulture ship Freeden.
Through the conflict between the Freeden, the New United Nations Earth, and the Space Revolutionary Army, the story follows Garrod ‘s growth as he struggles to protect Tiffa, as well as the grand theme of Newtypes who transcend humanity. Jamil's GX is reborn into the Double X! Will its path leads to destruction, or can it find redemption in its new life?
Jamil and Katokk talks about the past and his reasons, his 'Talk No Jutsu' didn't work on Katokk, Garrod talks about strategy and Kid approves his character development. The chewing gum that Katokk have is actually a small portion of C4.
This is the first appearance of Gundam Double X in Zonda Epta, Katokk try to kamikaze himself with them but fail because Imzat want them to dock and can't fire it for some reasons. The Gundam DX is a copy of Jamil's Original GX and they borrow the data inside, Jamil surrender because he doesn't want his crew get involve with the shot, Tiffa use Mimic and it's super effective on Katokk.
Katokk: Ey bruv, wanna feel the light of nuclear together?
Jamil: Fine we surrender.
Tiffa: I drew your old pictures.

At the ocean, the three bros hanging out to scout the area while seeing the Super Frost Bro destroying a mobile armor, Esperansa. After checking who the pilot is, Garrod have a Vietnam flashback and Roybea check her out then Toniya gets worried.

Garrod stare in crisis and full of dismay.

Ennil stumble on an ongoing project, had they not try to shoot her down, she wouldn't have discovered let alone drive pass by it which makes the cover flew off. Jamil try to interrogate Katokk but he rebuttal about the last war.

Katokk: Speak for yourself, you hypocrite hero after sending down many colonies and destroy my home with it.
