Great shilling for the data centers, Greg. "Put it in my backyard" – he says that, but it can't happen to him so he's obviously safe to say that. Some of us live in rural areas where data centers are being imposed on us even when we vote against them. They're destroying farmland to build them. No-one has actually explained the need for them, and the government mandate fatigue is real. These could be built on any one of millions of abandoned industrial sites and they wouldn't get anywhere near the pushback. Do you know anything about windmills and solar farms? What it's like to live near one? How little power they're actually providing? What's going to happen when the government subsidies run out? We did, and we voted against them as well. Our government said the majority had no say in the matter, so we have them anyway. Try looking into the reasons why people are against a thing before you spout your talking points.
