  1. SPOILER:

Glad Birmingham won. Leicester were hella sloppy and annoying. Also took the piss when answering bonuses.

That compound answer had me fuming. Probably the easiest question in the history of UC.

  3. Алға Қазақстан!!!!!!!!!!! 🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿🇰🇿🦅🦅🦅🦅🦅 after years of watching I never thought I would see a KZ on UC!!!!!! сәлем from almaty))) 🍎🍏🍎

  4. A new best for me as I continue to log my performances. I got 6 starters and 14 bonuses in this 5th week of tracking, surpassing last week’s 4 starters and 14 bonuses. Thanks as ever to cosmic pumpkin for the upload!

  5. Not allowing "V" was really unfair. Come on! You could ask "Which Korea?", giving a team a lifeline instead of saying it cannot be accepted, but would disallow this?

Anyway, ultimately Birmingham deservedly won. Leicester performed well too. Congratulations to both!

  6. It’s not “bad luck” if the answer is completely wrong and has zero association from the guess. Sharing the same cadence or time period is still wrong.

  7. I like Ghani as a captain, especially the way he often nominates others. I think his stats are a bit lowered because he guessed a few dead starters. The team seems well balanced, too. Fogel is good as a right hand man.

  9. Leicester was taking a ridiculous amount of time conferring. For this reason alone, I’m glad they lost. Amol really needed to rein it in more.

  10. Ghani reminds me of a stern Richard E. Grant. Every time he opens his mouth, I expect him to express disapproval coolly. Also, I'm glad to have been able to answer some of the last questions thanks to the 3 legs of house.

14:20 The blood vessel which carried deoxygenated blood is vein, of course. But she forgot a moment the initial letter should be answered. Paxman would have taken another starter question without offering it to the opposite team because she eventually knew the right answer, but Rajan actually didn't do so, and let the other side say ''V''.

    ''Vein, (ooh,sorry) V'' ''No, you lose five points''…… ''V''

  13. Leicester dithering for an eternity to say Philippines when the answer is Denmark…painful. If you’re going to wildly guess, just guess and get on with it.

  14. As always, thanks to CosmicPumpking for taking the time and effort. The highlight of my week.
Birmingham was on the ropes at halftime, but they came roaring back. I hope Leicester makes it through to the repechage.
Did have a few screamers this time.
I also liked that the captains did a lot of nominating.
