So for the absolute restards, who can’t understand why the astros ‘were nerfed’ is because the episode would be 5 seconds -1 minute long if the carrier shot its laser. now not very fun is it? I mean yeah you might find astros winning as cool but alot of people like it when good team wins and defeats the enemy. It’s a story and plot, character development, theme, structure and cause and effect. The reasoning is carrier is too op. ep 60 toilets (at the time), astros only had obliterator (copycats) of rocketeer astro troop as astro high command didn’t think earth was difficult, so they probably sent a low class carrier with no interceptor support as they believed toilets were weaker. But they underestimate scientists smart mind and g toilets plans. Fake g toilet was only strong enough to damage, not kill, so what if the carrier fell down? it didn’t die did it? powerscaling is a literal ruin of the series, stop being so mad your favorite villains and characters aren’t accurate to the main series: it’s a what if and not everything has to make sense. Just theorize peacefully and stop complaining about it. just say its a little bit inaccurate and provide some context why? and then go on your day. Stop being clowns and hating for no reason.

i just realized: 1:45 somehow the detainer arm is causing energy (or electromagnetic fields) to form where the connection is: or it could be damage sparks: either way the electric current there signifys the claw is clearly space related: a nice detail and adds to the astro part of the empire (because its literally what they are called)
