I have a question: were you able to prove the hot water mop washing is working properly? Mine has no heat at all, always stays at room temperature. This can easily be proven while inserting a tiny meat thermometer probe in the dock, just under the mops while the cleaning process is going on.

What is not mentioned in this review and is a very large issue with Robrock is reliability and customer support. Roborock has a 1 star rating on almost all review platforms (TrustPilot, BBB, etc). This is because while their products work great, they do not work long. When they fail you will find support is non-existent. Do a tiny bit of research on this specifically before your purchase. It's eye opening. Literally thousnads of Reddit posts and other posts on how people have purchased, their vacuum broke in under a year and there is nothing that can be done. You've got a $1000+ paper weight. Please be careful. To the channel, please inform your buyers of this as it is a huge issue and not mentioned in your videos.
