  1. Parents need to sell these E Bikes they buy. Teens are irresponsible, stupid and have no regard to pedestrians. About 3 weeks ago they rode them INSIDE the Parkway Mall. They need to have a license and put them on their parents insurance. Where I work they are always zooming on by my on the sidewalk

  2. I see these F’ing kids riding their electric dirt bikes in packs blowing through intersections riding in the middle of the road blocking people harassing bullying pedestrians and drivers. In addition to these kids the parents need to be held accountable!

  3. 1:17 this is not an "E-bike" or an electric bicycle. This is comparable to a 125cc dirt bike (motorcycle), not a bicycle. I wish the media could be educated on the differences and use the proper language. It will matter when theses get properly regulated.

BTW, if it was the equivalent motorcycle (like a Honda CRF125) it would require registration, a license plate and an appropriate driver's license to operate legally on the street.

  4. At first I was okay with ebikes. 'That's cool, what a great way for kids to get around'. But now, with so many of them out on the roads and sidewalks, doing stupid sh*t my Dad would've knocked me into another county for, I've plain had enough. They are constantly breaking the laws and rules of the road. I guess they feel it doesn't apply to them. Now when I see a story like this I'm like, 'Oh well, too bad'. I just don't care anymore and I'm more concerned the motorist has full coverage so their car gets fixed or replaced. The kid isn't going to pay for the damage and it will take years to settle in a court room. I guess I've just had too many close calls with kids on ebikes as a driver, bicyclist and pedestrian to give a crap.

  5. Ace poco.un muchachito y una muchacha .. que yo los conozco.. tuvieron un Accidente en esas 🛵🛵🛵 y el muchacho se Murió y ella está grave en el hospital 🏥. Dios quiera que ya no permitan esas motos.😢

  6. I don't understand parents today. Statistically it is safer to send your kids to the Hell's Angels and have them learn how to ride Harley-Davidsons than it is to put them on an e-bike and let them ride around the neighborhood with no reflective gear at night. Look it up it's true. Hells Angels are very experienced motorcycle riders who don't get in stupid accidents

  7. I am not seeing lights 'on the bikes; or helmets. I am also seeing all the debris in the traffic lanes and not the bike lanes.

E-bikes are electric mopeds. Mopeds were a thing in the late 1970s-1980s. This all happened before when they were gas powered.

The law should be changed to:

    1. Must be 16 and have a driver's license.
    2. Must where a helmet.
    3. Must be registered as a motor vehicle.

Again. This is an electric moped. We've been through this before.

If you are a parent and you let your kid ride around on one of these you are most likely a terrible parent.

Especially with all the adult car drivers on their cell phones (distracted driving).

    Southern California law enforcement sucks.

    P.S. Enforce window tint laws.
