Imo, destructor would've sweeped judging off of sheer damage difference between the two against uttv (destructor putting holes in UTTV's arm, against the G-clones either doing zero laser dmg to utcm and utsm, or outright losing power against uttv) also he's definitely faster in terms of mode swapping and reacting but that's irrelevant
Obliterator likely would've ate a lot more damage considering how little damage output the clones have

That G-Clone with the lasers shouldn't have lost power. The only reason that happened in 68 was because UTTVM absorbed all the energy from his lasers. They'd work just fine like any other character's lasers.
I do like this video but the only reason the laser G-clone had his lasers off in the 68th episode was because Ttm obsorbed them but I get that you ment to make it so the first G-clone died
