  1. The exercise technique is like this-Exercise locks your brain's knowledge storage but instantly exercising locks the storage before the stuff you learnt is properly digested and sent to the storage.

  2. A trick that I know:
Use time to your advantage. Play a clock in the background, or put one close to your desk, and have it be one of the only thing you look at if not your work. Like literally just put it in front of you like a television. I'm not too sure on the science of this but it's helped me focus by like 50 percent since I have a distracty brain.

  3. I mean this video is trying to explain the same ideology that Albert Einstein once said -everyone is smart but everyone understands it differently he also said he was bad studying and failed his test but he find his way

Edit- u need to find yours only 😅

  4. I actually have an idea of making studying actually worth my while. It's easy: every time I get an A (anything lower than A doesn't count) my parents give me a random amount of money, and to get straight A's I must study. It doesn't make studying more fun, but it makes it easier to actually want to do it

  5. a few personal tips that worked well for me especially during holidays:
    1. make a deal with your parent or friend or whatever that if you don`t do all the items on the list until some specific day you won`t get something you love for a month or smth like that, for example i really want to take part in figure skating competitions this year so if i don`t finish my graduation work until 26th of august(date i chose myself) then i don`t get something i want badly
    2. so you have like 3 milestones let`s say finishing 3 essays, doing 10 mok exams and watching 10 lectures now you can put that thing into ai and say your deadline and just ask it to generate you a schedule that you can conect to your google calendar.
and you basicly end up with a phone that reminds you that now it`s time to do that now you can have a break etc etc. not sure if this would be affective to everyone but surely helped me. also one of the tips that worked really well for me is to prioritise identity over processes over goals. which basically means when thinking of having to study think of your role model or something you want to be and say something like i have to do this because i am smart organized productive person who will study and reach their goal of like going to your dream college/uni or smth like that. hope this helps someone <3

  6. As someone with ADHD, having a distraction pad is helpful. Whenever I'm studying and a thought pops up, I would write it down then move on. It's as if I'm detaching myself from the thought by looking at it on a paper.
