Eggs stop being easy recipie because we need perfect eggs 😢
I live in Denver, Colorado and hard boiled eggs are difficult to cook at high altitude. I love your method of adding the eggs to the hot water instead of starting them off in cold water. I think that's going to make all the difference in the world. I'm going to make potato salad tomorrow and I'm definitely going to use your method. Thank you!

The inch of water above was helpful, but the water being at a “low simmer” is not correct
Water does not boil at two hundred degrees. Unless you're at a severe altitude
