You can put 4H while going 55MPH or your meant that you can only do 55MPH once in 4H
This video is fake you have to put it on neutral first before putting any gears in 4 h or anything this video should be taken off your goin to nake someone get repairs on their vehicles
Mine in 4 low, it pops out just like this one did. I have to stop and pull it back and roll forward and itll stay.

I know 2l is for towing and to don't want to go to fast when towing a heavy load.
4H is regular speed and normal load
So you don't have to be stopped to change these gears?

To operate the 4WD in a Land Rover you just have to; drive. If you want 4L and have a 2 speed diff, slow down and press the button to downshift, press the button again to go back to 4H.
Put in reverse to unlock 4L- that's how we were taught
