This is the greatest car of all time. Even better than the 2026 Nissan Armada. Pay the markup, no matter how much they want. This thing is slow, uncomfortable, and has so much torque steer coupled with a rear end looser than Lisa Ann you’ll be in a ditch at 30mph in a light drizzle.
The CTR suspension is so god dam bouncy. Way to unrefined for the price.
Did you take out a loan or pay it outright.
All it really needs is 200 more horsepower.

that’s interesting because i also thought the suspension wasn’t quite as bad on my 2025 i have now compared to my 2023 i used to have. but i never saw anywhere where they said they were going to change it but i certainly feel like they did atleast. it’s perfect now.

Maybe just me, but I haven't really had issues with manual transmission cars living and commuting in Los Angeles. Had the 2021 CTR whose clutch is light and engine braking at low gear is a thing and honestly was WAY better than an auto (2013 BMW 335i) with little engine braking and needing to physically move your foot to the brakes. My right leg in an auto was more sore than my left leg in my CTR.

I went from an g82 m4 comp to a ctr and while the fl5 is much slower than the m4, stock to stock, i'm much happier with the fl5.

My absolute dream car! The small fuel tank is a noteworthy gripe but the range of around 300 miles isn't that much lower than my 2017 Camry LE. The premium gas is more expensive than regular but the small tank fills up quickly so it balances out. I have never had a car with heated seats, heated steering wheel or remote start so none of those are a dealbreaker for me. I really like Boost Blue but now that you mention it, that color does look a little out of place with the red interior, plus Championship White is the only color bespoke to the Type R so that would be my choice. Thanks for listing all the pros and the cons of living with an FL5 Type R and now I want one even more.

Bought my 25 type R brand new back in November, sold it after a month. Did not like it for what it was. It was a great and refined Honda, but not for the price.
