This short video shows how you can use the last few holes on your walking or running shoe that most people don’t know. This provides stability especially for those that over-pronate. I like New-Balance, Brooks, and Saucony for Walking/Running, and Nike for Basketball. Again, that is only my opinion. Enjoy.

I feel so dumb for not knowing this all these years.
Thank you!
Ty! Who knew! I didn't 😅
One recommendation when doing this is to have your toes pointing up and heel dig to the back of the shoe and tighten. So that ur toes aren’t too close to the toe box of your shoes and locked in after tying.
Just got these to train/race my first half marathon, appreciate the insight! It was a no brainer at $48
I happened to see your vid back when I didn’t run. So when I did decide to run, I remembered to come back to this vid. Thanks a lot!
Thanks man I tried but I still find them a bit tight like hurting the top of my foot where you tie them
Wondered why the hell my laces were so long. Triple knotting them before running 🤣🤦🏼. Game changer.. thanks
I was doing it up to the top no wonder I had no lace left lol thank you!
OMG, i had no clue. I just bought the bew new balance 990. Ofcourse the shoe string provided is too short for this. I'll buy a new pair of shoe strings today. Thank you.
Brilliant. You've just solved my problem. Plenty of videos on tying boots but could not find any of how to secure your heel in shoes .Thanks again..
Thank you sir, you are a genius. I just learned the correct way to tie my shoe in my forties🤯
Tell me why I have ran track for a whole year and NO BODY DECIDED TO TELL ME ABOUT THIS you saved my life thank you so much
Will try this in about … 5 minutes. 😊
