I only really have two pots a small and a medium (I’m a small woman so lifting a big pot is harder and it’s hard to store in my trailer) so I have to commit the sin of breaking pasta often.
My friend that used to work at olive garden would cook his pasta in a shallow fry pan.
I'm 10 and I'm making pasta while watching

… why not soak pasta in tap water, then add and cook soften pasta with pasta sauce..its work well too. 😊😊😊
To stop the pasta from sticking together, throw in a generous amount of olive oil. That also adds to the taste as well.
Water measurements?
I'm such a klutz for not letting my pasta water boil first
Fun fact did u know that salt is added to water to rise its boiling temp so the water can get hotter than its normal temp allowing for cater cook
You are so good but some olive oil better for pasta
Thanks, I've been having difficulty making noodles balance, but it didn’t work because it was sticky. I've been watching how to make spaghetti. I observed for a while and was able to make perfect spaghetti. Thanks, I did it my own way.😅
I put some oil in there to give it flavor and lessen stick idk its something my mother passed on to me
Some people say salt it before it boils, some also say wait for the spaghetti to melt into the water before turning it. Who knows. I think the small details might not matter too much if you're a beginner chef
Thanks
