  1. For The waterless chicken you should use a thick bottom pot and cook on low heat for a long period of time. You cook on high heat and long time no wonder it burnt. If you use low heat, it will draw the liquid out. And as every other comments already said, you need more cabbage, you don’t have enough source for moisture.
You should do this again to redeem the recipe.

  2. I think you should try making BIRYANI if you haven;t already. This one's a bit hard and time consuming but I PROMISE it's so worth it in the end. It's an aromatic mixed rice dish originating from the Indian subcontinent, traditionally built by layering fragrant long-grain basmati rice with richly spiced, yogurt-marinated meat or vegetable. There are a variety of different types you can make with different meats, but the most popular one is Hyderabadi Biryani. Please try it. It won't dissapoint.

  3. The chicken failed because you don't have enough veggies. And you need to add salt to the veggies for it to release its liquid. You need to use a whole head of cabbage, preferably white cabbage. Not nappa cabbage because that one wilts and burns fast. You definitely need to add carrots, celery and daikon. Those hold a lot of liquid and gives sweetness to the soup. And then put it on the lowest heat on your stove. Be prepared to cook it for at least 1,5 hour. Check in every 30 minutes and add a quarter cup water if it's dry.

  4. You girls do such a great job with all your recipes, but I feel
The chicken should be cooked on lower heat and definitely add some chicken
Bouillon powder to it even if she didn't add any to her recipe that you was following also more cabbage
    But definitely lower heat 😊❤❤❤❤

  5. Super random but my 20 month old loves you two 😂
And she giggles when she sees Alfred HAHAHA idk if she’s crushing or laughing cos he looks like he has no head 😂

  6. In addition to everything else people have mentioned, Tina, you and Zen tend to cook on pretty much just high heat. A lot of recipes that cook for longer than a few minute cook lower and slower — basically, consider the cook time. If it’s a long cook time, you generally can’t have the pan at high heat the entire time.
