If high profile case of noted film stars are not concluded in justice by way of delayed tactics, then public rampage and severe punishment of criminals in public will happen. Therefore security of our country will be at stake if speedy, timely justice is not delivered.
CBI did not do this because at that time central govt did not want them to do so because of their collaboration. Now the case is different that is why the central govt has asked to reopen the case
