The 49ers started 1st and 10 inside their own 1 yard line after their goal line stance. They jumped offsides but because they can't be backed up 5 yards the Rams declined the penalty. Why Doesn't this STUPID League make a Rule that if you're inside your own 1 yard line and jump offsides then move the Sticks 5 yards further down field so the Defense has them at 1st n 15. Instead they still only had to gain 10 yards and drove down and scored a TD. 🤷🏻♂️ Simple fix
