I found the dog in a vast, desolate open space—a place where only a single road cut across the landscape and everything was blanketed in white snow. I tried everything to make it leave, but it stubbornly refused; only later did I come to understand the reason behind its behavior.
Thanks to my love and care, the dog has now opened its heart to a new life and a new love, and it was then that I truly understood the miracle of love.

I'll never, ever understand why some ppl will just dump a wonderful animal like Snowy off, out in a no-man's-land. If you can't care for an animal any longer, take it to a proper animal shelter, for cryin' out loud!!! They aren't hard to find. Having said that, I suppose it depends on the country you're in but I'm going to assume that most Western countries have animal shelters available. This poor dog was so incredibly dedicated to staying close to where she was abandoned that it just breaks my heart. So help me God: Dogs are angels, people, some people in particular, should never come close to having an animal in their charge. Snowy got a lucky break. Good doggums!!
