Master P’s Louisiana Mansion A Rap Mogul’s Journey of Hustle, Family, and Empire Building

Percy “Master P” Miller started in a Richmond record shop and built No Limit into a machine—keeping 100% of his masters and 85% of profits under a revolutionary Priority Records deal. In this documentary, we track the rise from the Calliope Projects to two mansions (New Orleans & Los Angeles), a garage of icons (Rolls-Royce Phantom, Hummer H1, Ferrari 355 Spider, Trion Nemesis), and a portfolio of 100+ properties through PM Properties.

We also unpack the franchise model (music → movies → merch), sports management, youth centers and food foundations, and how he turned personal grief into public good.
If you care about ownership, diversification, and legacy, this one’s for you.

From a $10K inheritance to a $200M empire, Master P rewired the music business with one rule: own everything. We tour his New Orleans fortress, L.A. mansion, legendary car collection, and the blueprint—music, film, sports, real estate, and community—that made it all possible.
