Many people learn shuvits after ollies! Here's my shuvit tutorial: https://youtu.be/_aENJdwK6EM
I try to do it and sometimes the board pops and sometimes doesnt. And yeah the beginner thing i think that i slide my foot but i dont actually
llevo varios meses haciendo y practicando ollie sin pop y no sabia porque, gracias que llego a mi vida este tutorial ahora me salen mucho mejor y com buen pop
i cant
I remember I was skatin once and wondered what it would be like if I used my toes to pop off the ground. Like, popping with my foot normally but using my toes to push off the ground and that shi had me launched in the air, kept doing it nd ye so popping with your toes actually can get you higher
Plot twist: I came for one minute and watched the whole thing.
Great tutorial 💯 thank you 🙏👍 really great notes and demonstration ! Very useful my man 👏
this makes so much sense, now i just gotta get out there……
Isn't that a boned ollie
Duuuuuude thank you
Im so bad and uncoordinated, I can hippie jump slightly but actually getting the board to follow me into the air has my mind boggled.
I have no skateboard experience at all. (The closest would be roller blading as a kid, being terrible at ice skating as an adult, and being OK at skiing as an adult)
I was offered a significant prop bet to be able to do a rolling Ollie in 30 days. I am decently athletic, mid 30s, still work out, good hand eye coordination, ok foot eye coordination. What are my odds of winning this prop bet?
If i take the bet, I will be practicing with a helmet and a mouth guard, possibly even elbow/knee pads.
Personally I always forget about moving my front foot forward can you help with that
For me it’s easier to move my front foot a little backwards. So it automatically corrects itself after the motion. And also i pop a little bit backwards too
Bro gave the best tutorial and was still being Spider-Man
But that’s haaaaard
Woah!!
Don't listen to this guy unless you can see in slow motion
My biggest nightmare ollies
Dude you just explained a helped me out SO much in a 30 second video better than other people do in 20 minute videos. Keep up the great work🤘
Make sure you have a good, natural jump, too. That's pretty much essential. If you can't jump, you're not gonna ollie.
I did it right after this video
this helped me so much
Back Knee inside backfoot, board actually goes backward just a little even when riding forward.
So I’ve been skating 4.5 months and couldent ollie, then I followed every other tutorial or other persons advice, could only get a rocket Ollie. Did this tutorial for like a 2 hour sesh and learned it. Thank you bro
i got that same grip tape on the 2nd one
ur ollie’s are so clean holy
Literally reversing everything skate iq

I really hate to say this but tip 4 is what held me back FOR SO LONG. I kept thinking popping with my leg perpendicular would help but it didn’t. I wondered why the board wouldn’t stay below me. POPPING THE TAIL A LITTLE BACK is what got me clean, crisp and consistent ollies.
I keep turning my board to my backside when I ollie. My shoulders probably aren't square
Never thought of swinging my arms back! Going to give that a try.
I committed the five at the same try on my practice, thanks for the video, time to fix all the problems.
There’s so many micro movements it reminds me of card sleight of hand
Pretty good BUT….you do in fact need to push the board back and away with the backfoot slightly once you get better if you really want those massive ollies
I cant tell if my back foot is wrong or my front foot or both
ankle break in 3 2 1
Wow, thanks!
my biggest problem with ollies is that I was told to look down while learning then when I would be looking forward to a obstacle I wouldn't have any balance because I was too used to doing ollies looking down
He sounds like jperm iykyk
i cannot get the back wheels off the ground, it’s like my front foot (right) will not move from its position
Youve done a great job here.
What about if I can't land at all 😭
i feel like i can ollie a lot higher when i have a slight angle, but just enough so my front foot still easily pulls it under me
Well this seems helpful. excited to get back into skateboarding and try these tips
Your Ollie Bro 🛹 Shyt Tuff
I’ll try my best and come back to give feedback
When I push the nose forwards I can't help pushing it to hard
First one is debatable
I dont know why ive been using my toes for the pop im gonna start to keep my foot more flat
My brain is broken. I can do little ollies while moving straight, but my stationary ollies turn 99 percent of the time. I literally just want to learn how to do a good ollie mannnn but i feel so dumb
