I have to wear PJs to sleep in case there’s a rocket/m1ssile alert in the middle of the night and I need to go to a public shelter with all of my neighbors

Y’all are amazing people who have brought me joy for at least a decade or so now but please do not care what folk think and when you feel you should be embarrassed, strut, because guaranteed nobody looking at you in your towel Miss Olivia has gone through life without making an ass of themself and I bet outta any ten, at least 4 have been locked out they room at some point as well.
My thoughts are either a) the situation is not enough of an emergency that I wouldn't have time to throw clothes on, or b) the situation is such an emergency that I'm not going to care about being naked because I'll just be focused on the emergency
I keep quick throw on dresses literally everywhere in my room because I fear of having to leave naked but cant get comfortable to sleep with clothes unless I'm just exhausted
I used to sleep naked to then randomly I was like naw what if something happens… then about a week later I had an aneurysm rupture and had 5 EMS in my room 3 of which I went to HS with
I just can't sleep without anything on whatsoever. I have to wear panties or I'm so uncomfortable I can't relax. Also, I've read studies that show we fart the most during the night. I don’t want my covers to be full of microscopic fecal matter. I have to wear panties to catch those kinds of things.
Am I the only one who is wondering why if she was so frantic and in a rush but somehow needed ice? I can't really imagine a scenario where getting ice isn't just wasting what little time you have to get ready
