I would love if devs would look into doing professional demakes of their games as bonus content, or even DLC. There's so much fun in reimagining a modern game with decidedly un-modern mechanics and sensibilities.
Whether a PS1 style or a SNES/Genesis era metroidvania, I want this to become somewhat of a norm in the gaming sphere

I'm so glad we get to see custom characters and animations rather than itchio and Mixamo assets.

The anti-woke crowd are the biggest grifters and retards ever. They aren't even actual fans of the Silent Hill series at all.
Silent Hill, either from the Team Silent era or western era, has always been about human suffering such as; child abuse, sexual frustrations, trauma, guilt, cult activities, forced pregnancies, abortions, tokophobia, murder, addictions, and etc.
The game focuses on how miserable both the female and male civilization were in 1960s Japan. Hinako does want a family of her own, but she doesn't want to end up like her mom, who was trapped in a loveless marriage on top with how other kids judge her for how she plays with her toys.
Silent Hill f's story was literally written by the same guy who wrote Higurashi/When They Cry for God's sake!
But no, SHf is "woke" because Hinako's undergarments is censored. I'm not joking btw, some guy on Twitter literally called this game woke because he couldn't goon to a TEENAGE GIRL.
