  1. If possible I would build a platform bed & place my desk under the platform. This way maybe i could get a love seat in tbe living room inside of a chair.. great apt.

  2. I’m in the US (Chicago)…and I share this to emphasize that if we had apartments this well designed in size, I’d be incredibly happy to occupy one! For me, it’s perfect. Beautifully functional design, with everything I need and nothing I don’t. To have balcony access for fresh air and flowers is a bonus! Absolutely divine, this place. I’m in love! 🥰

  3. I really do love this apartment. I love the layout. How the furniture is place. I wouldn’t mind living in that one myself. It looks like a regular apartment to me. I’m enjoying these videos. Keep on showing up because I really like looking at them to.

  4. Are you crazy? Over 1200 $ for such a tiny place? Is rent that much expensive in Japan? How much money do people need to survive there if to rent a 35 meters apartment they need so much money, how if they take a real apartment ? Without talking about the other fees. I am shocked.

  5. I could live there. Good storage, a window over the bed for some air at night, a balcony, but the living area would have awkward seating. Why do power poles in Japan have so many wires which make them look scary?

  6. Unfortunately, the price kills it for me. I pay 1380$CDN for a 7 room apartment with windows on all 4 sides in a central location close to everything I coild possibly want. I could never justify paying so much more for so little.
