If anyone reading this. I just fixed it. It is just very thin layer of dirt sticking on the surface after u remove the lift of the stick. But the lift carefully because it is not just plastic cover it is connected to the mainboard don't break those legs.

Your sensor was upside down.
I actually fixed it just by bending the metal out. I'd try that first before replacing.

Buy the TMR magnetic sticks, no more potentiometer replacements, no more drift ever again, no more clean and the controller sticks will outlive the battery.

Thanks! It worked! I didn't even replace the part – just took it out, cleaned it a bit, and put it back and it now seems to be working just fine! 😊
Aliexpress sells hall effect replacement for few bucks
I though mine had bad gimbal, bought replacment one from aliexpress, but i damaged the mainborad during gimbal removal, so I had to buy a new controler from a local thrift store, which a have BNIB one for 50% off

Nope, you desolder that capacitive shite and replace it with hall sticks. Problem solved. Forever.

Brother I just did this based off this video and it worked somehow, it’s definitely not right but it works, I’ve never touched a sensor like that in me life, you’ve made me a capable technician saved 50 bucks
Just clean it and it will work fine again without drift. I did two controllers with the cleaning method and both are working fine now.
Had severe drift on my controller caused by flux residue on circuit board.I cleaned off excess with alcohol & scrubbed with Toothbrush. Works perfectly now
