Hist first name is darnell 😂
Laughing my fucking ass off, do you know they sell chipped up tires for mulch around your plants. You’re telling me they leak toxic chemicals into the ground. Somebody should look into that.
2.50 to 2,500,000 You know DARNWELL that DARNELL aint paying a dime.
He should be fined way more for that plus get jail time
No jail time? Wtf?
Recycle them into a track for a park. Tire swings. Bumpers for see saws, planters for community gardens. So many ways to reuse them.
What a low life scum bag!
Lame ass portland
Just a slap on the wrist , should be 1 million fine and 4 yrs in jail
He should pay a lot more than that
You meant to say that taxpayers are gonna pay that $20,000? He is never gonna pay it.
Of course its fckn Darnell.
Wow. He deserves a punishment much worse than a measly fine. The amount spent on cleaning up his crime is much more than his fine, typical portland consequences for breaking several different laws, at a local level, county, city, state & federal. WTF.
Only 25k for dumping 3600 tires? That's like 7 bucks per tire.
Can they be recycled? I think I read somewhere that they can make a kind of asphalt for playgrounds.
Why don’t these cheap people realize it will cost them more in the end. Just find a way to do things correctly or someone to take used tires ect to up cycle them?? Just a little effort goes along way.
Only a $2k fine? Thats soft even with the clean up fees. So Portland.
What about the tire dumping on the land owners property and the city said to shove it and handle it himself?
Darnell… Which is why they never caught it before.
