This high salary means every employee in that store will be giving their best, hoping for promotion. You're going to see at least 200k/yr in increased productivity from your staff.
The employees are more important than the customers
But raising the minimum wage would raise prices and drive down business! What happened!?
Wow, smart move ❤❤❤
I'm sorry people I'm like checking his the background out you know the Johnny Cash and s*** like that then I look over his right shoulder or left the left of the screen and I see this who else saw this I want to know and not just because now I see it but no somebody who actually picked it up when watching this his little plexus be the light you want to see in the world and it's got a Molotov cocktail I'm laughing so hard I almost spit the beer out my mouth I mean I'm still giggling and inside that I love that I love it I'm I'm taking a screenshot and I want to print something up
Hell yeah they deserve it!!!
Who would have guessed that Gustavo Fring's illegal operation was just a side hassle, when he was raking in the big bucks at Los Pollos Hermanos
What I don't like about INOUT
– They always start with "Hi how are you?" I don't like that, thats none of their business. Just give me my Double no onions. And I use Mastercard. These days I have to ask someone else to order for me while I sit at the table.
– Employees are required to be clean shaven. Can't I just wear a beard net?
– There is no App so you'll never get anything back even if you go often.
– Drive thrus are long. Vary on location
– Not avalible in all 50 states yet. Its been like 77 years now
– No matter where you go the fries taste like cardboard
– Some locations are in a bad spot like tight areas and then you park like 120 yards or more away
What I do like about it
– Small menu, simple and fast.
– They use Numbers not names
– Its a clean kitchen, you can trust them better than McDonalds
Not necessarily, McDonald’s has McDonald’s university
Smiling all the time is just being fake. I like it when they are absolutely being themselves & in the mood that they are in at the moment. If you expect a commercial. That's just not realitic. Some of these places like In n Out & Chick Fil A employees are so fake. I cant … I feel like I'm talking to AI or something. It's weird. Yeah so.. I like it when they are acting in their own personality. Even if its not upbeat & fake. As long as they're not being totally rude.& saying mean spirited things.I like it because they are allowed to not constantly smile & being weird. Saying my pleasure or whatever. Just cringe. I want the employee to want to help& be genuinely friendly & nice. When they feel it from customers as well. If the customer is rude. They shouldn't have to be nice & friendly. They should be able to be shirt & to the point. Not mean. But not smiling & being fake.
No wonder their food is expensive 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
What about the regular associates what do they make?managers don’t get paid overtime just salary
Smart move by this food chain.
Hope they never run out of cows. 🍔
