Shelter dog, Zombie, has been waiting over 250 days at the West Los Angeles Animal shelter. Zombie has 2 different color eyes which many potential adopters find off-putting, he’s adult/senior and has the worst name, Zombie. So this poor dog remains unwanted.
Yet, take a second look and you’ll see an affectionate boy who knows commands, is “gentle/dainty” in playgroups, and just wants a chance to be seen – without judgement.

He's so cool looking and happy looking! I am so happy with the senior guy I just adopted. He's smiling and wagging his tail when I walk him around in the front yard, and backyard, and he likes having a massage on the sides of his spine!

He is such a good boy. A senior dogs are the absolute best…they are truly plug and play, their personalities are known and they just are happy to be your best friend. Please someone give him a chance. Please God bless him with a loving forever family
Zombie you are one awesome boy someone go get this wonderful boy ASAP DON'T WAIT he will be your best friend for life all he wants is a home and love just give him a chance please adopt foster rescue him he is waiting for you to come get him
What a lovely pup. Big beautiful smile, waggy tail. His eyes are striking. They are so full of character and a quiet intelligence. He's the perfect size. Still has plenty of energy but knows how to calm it right down when calm is needed. Knowing sit down stay, super duper. Affectionate. The salt n pepper grey muzzle fur, you know he's seen a few things in his life. He's still got so much life to live and love to give.
He didn't choose to be at the shelter, humans failed him.
All he wants is a safe and loving home.
I really do hope a rescue/foster/fostertoadopt is able to save him until his forever family finds him or he's straight up adopted.
