14-year-old e-bike rider hit and killed in Pacific Beach

Officials investigated a deadly collision Saturday night in Pacific Beach after a 14-year-old boy, who was riding an e-bike northbound on Olney Street, entered the intersection with Balboa Avenue against a red light when a 38-year-old man westbound on Balboa Avenue hit him.
