Grant's wife HATED Mrs. Lincoln despite the families being friends and political allies, that hatred actually caused the Wilkes Booth assassination to not cause both Grant AND Lincoln to get assassinated during the Reconstruction era after the civil war, the reason why Mrs. Grant hated Mrs. Lincoln is because Mrs. Lincoln embarrassed Mrs. Grant when Mrs. Lincoln got jealous because Mrs. Grant was chatting with mr. Abe himself, causing Grant's death to take longer, and longer than Abe's due to him dying of cancer while Abe was still alive after being shot in the back of the skull by Booth, So now ya know.

Joe Kennedy was trash. He constantly cheated on his wife Rose and he brought his mistress' with them on family trips. He had his daughter get a labotemy. He was a horrible person. The sins of the father, trickled down to his kids
If Joseph P. Kennedy Sr. had been a much more supportive and emotionally healthy father, the Kennedy family's history might have looked very different.
Some possible effects:
Healthier family relationships: The Kennedy children reportedly faced intense pressure to succeed. A more supportive father might have reduced rivalry, stress, and emotional struggles within the family.
Different outcomes for Rosemary Kennedy: One of the most controversial decisions associated with Joseph Kennedy Sr. was approving a lobotomy for his daughter Rosemary Kennedy. A more understanding and patient approach might have led to different care and a very different life for her.
Less pressure on the sons: John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Ted Kennedy grew up under enormous expectations. A less demanding father might have changed their personalities, ambitions, or political careers.
The Kennedy "dynasty" might have been smaller: Joseph Kennedy Sr. was a major driving force behind the family's political ambitions. If he had focused more on being a nurturing parent and less on building a family legacy, the Kennedys might not have become as dominant in American politics.

And the fact that they buried rosemary bear Joseph’s grave disgusts me HE RUINED HER LIFE
The moment I heard the name Rosemary I knew what this would be about, but damn… I didnt know that her father forced her to do it. I only knew "JFK's sister had a lobotomy" as a weird funfact…
My favorite was that John ordered a bunch of Cigars before he banned them in the States the next day 😂
Rosemary most likely had brain damage due to a lack of oxygen from being trapped in the birth canal. When she was born, the nurse physically held her in the birth canal while they waited for the doctor for two hours. The lack of oxygen would’ve ultimately damaged her frontal lobes. I don’t know if this was confirmed in an autopsy or not after she passed away though. However, while Joseph Senior did try to hide her from the family and didn’t tell anyone where she was JFK did go behind his father’s back and search for her for years eventually finding her in 1958 and was the first sibling to go visit her. I believe her caretaker said he was the only sibling who visited Rosemary until their father had a stroke and could no longer enforce the rules, and then the other siblings began visiting her and bringing her to the family home.
I come from the state where the Kennedys were considered royalty. Unfortunately, all of this is true. While some of it could be chalked up to overzealous doctors and a complete misunderstanding of how the brain works, this is still absolutely revolting.
I think you could do a short that shows that Joe Jackson was a terrible father.
