Do you know how your car engine works? It’s awesome. Here’s how it compares to a Formula 1 car and how both are getting better….

Most cars have turbos today…
For your information I drive a Veyron
I have a mitsubishi evo 6 it came with a turbo when i got it.
V6 engines are best used for powering your minivan. V8, V10, V12, and especially V16…these are racing engines. And V4's are the best racing engines for motorcycles
Jokes on you the FIA will just shut down that revolutionary idea everytime it pops up
What if i had a bugatty chiron ss 300+ it would have a W16 not a v16, and wuadriple turbos😅😅 and what about a lamborghini aventador svj, it has a v12 engine😅😅
Evry car has a turbo nowadays
i have a v10
Thats actually so cool
Only heard 2 words. Stroke and bust.
Trickle down engineering only works if the cost of the technology drops before it becomes a consumer product otherwise the consumers just end up not being able to afford any product.
Even my car has both of those
WRC has added bigger things to “our car world”
damn didn't know my car is not so different from a F1, turbo rules! im going to show off to my friends tomorrow and make them jealous.
most MODERN formula 1 cars have v6s, most older ones had v8s in them 😏
most cars are turbocharged these days and also have regenerative braking. A Kia sportage hybrid has a 1.6L turbo engine and also recaptures braking energy as does every hybrid…so basically it
s an F1 car.
Well you get way more faster results when you engineer with same budget and tech and talent but out of the F1 rulebook…
The valves are pneumatic, there’s no flywheel
it dors not explode, it combusts
All great, but you really need to speak a little slower, because we need to look at the pictures too
meanwhile the guy with a turbocharged hybrid 2-stroke 1 cylinder car
Are you aware this short buffers on the end and doesn't finish?
You should talk more about the downforce and aerodynamics of f1 because that is more interesting
Like the underside of the body is shaped like an upside down wing to dramatically improve downforce and grip
The new toyota grgt had got a hybrid twin turbo v8 and i am really hyped for that
Euro mazda3 is literally f1 tech I guess.
5 cylinder bi turbo Diesel no spark plug.
Major different F1 parts are made for performance not durability. Pistons cam last 400,000km for road cars, they last 4 races in F1.
I don't think the person who animated this knows how the pistons moving in an engine looks lmao
Overrated will be 👉🏻
1000th
Yeah this is basic as hell. As a car guy, it makes me wonder how non informative her other videos are…
What about koenigsegg’s direct drive, free valve engines
Nah my cars inline 4 stroke engine has a turbo
Lots of regular V6 engines have turbo and a hybrid system.
