Me😒
I’ve been out of school for a long time but I like math.
I think I remember simplify being synonymous with reducing the fraction.
A few years ago I was doing long division simply for something to do in my spare time but I realized that I had never memorized the multiplication tables so I stopped doing division and concentrated on the multiplication tables. People need to have it impressed upon them the importance of memorizing multiplication.
Writing out a paper copy of the tables helps to memorize them
plus you can use it until you get them memorized.
I commonly go over multiplication mentally, sometimes before I go to sleep, sometimes in the middle of the night, sometimes when I wake up.
Mr J. I think you are performing a great service! I’m going to subscribe so I don’t miss anything.
