Russia’s Su-57, based on public figures has a radar cross section in the ~0.5 m² to 1 m² range. From some angles and with additional stealth upgrades it can go even lower. However, stealth was never the primary focus.
Tejas Mk1A has a 0.5m² RCS. Real figures are actually lower and only known to MoD.
