The Trump Organization calls the brothers passive minority investors, but Eric holds a chief strategy adviser title at one company, while Don Jr.’s investment firm owns stakes in businesses receiving major Pentagon support. No evidence cited here shows either brother personally steered a contract, which is exactly why Democrats have asked the Pentagon inspector general to examine the overlap.
