I don't know the reason, but from all creepy and scary video in Q, this is the one that creeps the hell out of me.
Something about the woman turning and the guys suddenly going quiet just gives me the chills.

今までの作品だと、地獄、悪霊、呪い、鏡の世界が超常現象として出て来たんだけど、今作はそれがないんだよな。異質。

it seems like the first 2 times it was a prank, but the last time when the woman faced them, the pranksters didn't expect it and genuinely got a horrifying scare.
Finaly the episode where I had an advantage by knowing the language, ha-ha.
Also, I think it's especially cool that they shoot it in one take.
This one is so fun. The chemistry between the friends is really believable.

「超能力の世界」「透視能力」
The first test is about Clairvoyance, it gives a simple explanation of what that word means and how the game of the cards work, in which you have to try to guess all of them correctly.
The second test is Telekinesis, it gives an explanation about what it means and asks the viewer to try to move the balloon with its mind.
The third test is more interesting, as it a test about telepathy. And proceeds to explain how it works, remember that telepathy is the ability to transfer thoughts, feelings and information through the mind, with no use of word nor the body whatsoever.
I wonder if She got into them? Or maybe they started to receive some kind of information all at the same time mentally and thats why they got stunlocked at the end?

I think that the implication is that if the viewer can turn the woman around with psychic ability, that she will use her psychic ability on the viewer. Someone else translated the Russian in the comments, and one of the title cards says specifically that you can send thoughts to the other person. Another person in the comments mentioned how in the Cold War, people were being screened in Russia and the US for psychic ability to be used as spies. It's likely this tape is supposed to be in reference to that. What if the woman is used to convey a secret message or instruction for the spy efforts, once the paricipant has honed their psychic ability through practicing the tape and succeeding in the exercise? Perhaps their silence after she turns around indicates that they are now programmed for a mission.

I didn't think about it the first time but notice how the friends introducing the third friend to the tape seem confused by the changes? Camera guy even asks if one friend told anyone else.
Guess the prank is out of their hands now.
The dead silence at the end and the camera getting shakey, meanwhile the reflection shows they are still there but not moving. Its friggin creepy.

It would've been hilarious if they were using a different video player where it displays ⏪️ on the screen for Rewind, and ⏩️ for Fast-Forward. If so, then all the magic would be gone. XD The mysterious part though was the last one, where the woman turned around suddenly at the start of the 30-second countdown. Based on the reactions, it seems that the 2 men who were in on this, didn't expect it to happen.
