Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra will finally solve one of the biggest issues we have with foldable smartphones. We also have the first real look at the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and more. Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra at the Unpacked event on July 22nd.

I pre ordered the Fold 7 and have had it since release. Not once have I thought about the crease. Not while outside, not while gaming.. It's cool that they are making it better, but it's not a big deal as someone who has been using the fold 7 for a year now exclusively.
Phone gossipers: We know everything! Next week: This changed! Next week: Another thing changed! All of this is nonsense. Y'all don't know anything until the phone comes out. People who watch these videos are literally watching fake advertisements. Insane waste of time.
😊😊😊😊
when it is expected to reach markets
Should I go for Z fold 7 or wait for it?
I’m done waiting for Samsung to get it right… they got lazy and both Motorola and Oppo caught up and have now much better phones. I wish Apple knocks them out, so perhaps Samsung learns a valuable lesson and returns to form. 8 years for this is a joke… Motorola did the same at first release smh
Honestly I can't understand why people crying about that pen…
Yea i need that Dragonball wallpaper 🔥💯
I'd definitely like same +500dpi 12bit (hardware/real) screens, propper UDC and the same periscope as s26u.
The crease is nowhere near as important as the battery and the battery size
Built-in S Pen ❌
S Pen Support ✅
Built-in S Pen is NOT happening guys. People complaining about no built-in S Pen on the Fold aren’t doing the math. When unfolded, the Fold 7 is an insane 4.2mm thin. The S26 Ultra has a built-in S pen, but that phone is a traditional slab that's 7.9mm thick. The Ultra's s pen is literally thicker than the entire unfolded half of the Fold 7. To put a pen inside the Fold 8, Samsung would have to either make the phone way thicker.. ruining years of making foldables lighter and thinner, or shrink the pen into a 2mm toothpick that gives your hand cramps in two minutes. You can't draw properly on a massive screen with a tiny piece of plastic. External support is the actual solution. It keeps the phone thin, and lets users who actually want to sketch buy a full-sized, comfortable external S Pen. Stop asking engineers to break physics🤣
People don't care about the crease the just use it as a reason for them justifying to not spend so much money on a foldables next it will be the cameras or battery life because they aren't better or much improved from the Samsung S and Ultras.
You're wrong about the trifold S pen. It would rest on the left most screens side magnetically attached. Not on the screen. It's actually a great solution.
I have a z fold 6… I am really interested on the z fold wide.
The wannabe "Tri-fold" is in any other reality a DUAL-FOLD.
Damn, manufacturers and their wrong (and sometimes even false) naming🤦♂️
In earlier videos you mention Apple would be first without a crease if Samsung don't release it.. Now you suddenly show Oppo already has one.. And that phone was not even the first.
Weird mistake..🤔
The crease on the 7 is already practically irrelevant. If anyone is bent out of shape with that they shouldn’t even get a foldable. Get over it
If I see one more video about “maybes” instead of facts imma flip somebody……
Just get rid of the camera on the inside screen. Make the inside all screen.
I really don't get the s pen hype. Seems like everyone cries about it, they buy the phone and I literally never see anyone use it lol
Ultra means more same camera's like s26 ultra and toff sensor 65/90watt charging 7500mah battery s-pen, privet screen, no crease ipx 68 dust and water display need qhd+ then you can call it a ultra phone
The crease on these phones aren't a problem for me!!! My 2 gripes are no s-pen and battery life… other than that… the phone is awesome!!
I would definitely get the fold wide over the other foldable.
The screen breaks after a year 😂
I hear it will be called the "Z-Fold 8 Ultra P*" *priced. I expect the wide will be $200 more than the current Fold 7 and the Fold 8 Ultra will be $400 to $500 more.
I still love my S24 Ultra! I see that Samsung is coming out with the Z Fold Roll 5g and it has the s pen! Looks awesome from what I've seen from it. I've never had a Fold because no s pen. Now the Z Fold 8 Wide looks cool. I'd like some advice from you guys whether to go with the 8 Wide or do I take a risk on the Z fold Roll when it comes out towards the end of this year? Thank you so much. I read all of your comments and will respond to everyone as well!
Guess I'm sticking with my S24U bc the exclusion of S-Pen is the only thing keeping me from upgrading.
Got my fold 7… and will hold out till we get the s pen back.. I hope i don't have to wait for to long😅
Dont care about S (sorry Pen) support, it doesn't work anyway. I'm going to need a SD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, home button on the side of the phone as an action button.
Yeah, I figured getting on the odd numbers would be a good idea. Not really impressed with the Fold8 Ultra to upgrade from the 7. I do think the battery upgrade is really nice. Better cameras are nice. The crease being gone would be great. But I can wait on the 2 real additions to the Fold series. Magsafe & getting in on Google's waterproof hinge.
Based on the camera layout, doesn't appear that magsafe is coming. And no rumors about the hinge? Seems like that might be some Fold9 Ultra type of things. And I'm fine with that. Get the battery upgrade, nice camera upgrade, creaseless screen, magsafe & waterproof hinge absolutely justifies the upgrade.
Though, I might fuck with the Flip8. Get the base model as a backup & maybe like a travel phone. Don't really need a phone that expands since I'd have a tablet & maybe a laptop with me as well. But a phone that gets compact would be nice on a trip.
