Add in about 3/4 c. Crisp fried bacon bits,too…if ya'll want. Yummmm😅
Yep,looks delish. And,yep, home made gravy is super w/those taters. Also good to whack crispy skin baked potatoes, crudely smashed..with,or w/out gravies,or w/butter alone or mixed w/sour cream,or homemade sharp cheddar sauce…etc, etc. Umm,yep,I love taters😂
Been doing that for 30 years .
Make extra . Make dumplings the next day.
1cup cold mash potatoes
1 egg
1 cup flour. Mix, roll by hand into ropes cut into 2inch pieces boil in salted water.
Remove when a small batch
Floats. Drain, toss in melted butter. Salt and pepper ❤
Girl I absolutely love your recipes! My family love making your Christmas cookies every year! But this is way too many steps for this busy mom on a weekday dinner. lol but I’m not gonna lie, those potatoes look so good they could snatch someone’s soul! lol
I've seen this is the best way to make ahead. Refrigerate after the ricer, then continue the day of use. Looks delicious!
Pretty sad people need to know how to make a mashed potato what next boiling eggs
Yum❤
Take it up a notch use a block of cream cheese, and some roasted garlic ❤
I'll make it that way if you do it for me. 😂
You make MP’s just like My BUSIA
did back in the Day in Dearborn MI
❤️🇺🇸🙏🏻
I prefer a ricer but traditional mashers are fine if you don't want to buy another kitchen gadget. If your taters are fluffy and delicious, you're making them right no matter how you're making them. ❤😊
The best thing I ever bought that I didn’t think I needed was a ricer. I love using it to make icecream spaghetti.
Most people don't have the extra time it takes to do all this because they have real jobs.
I never add milk, I use mayonnaise or sour cream, thank me later.
I think this is how Ina or Martha showed it, so nothing new here.
mine are usually lumpy, but there's none left thanks to good gravy
Try adding horseradish 😘
Thanks for the new ideas. Definitely gonna try them.😊😋
Here's an even easier trick, use a mixer.
So your 'secret' is to make absolutely basic mashed potatoes…. Lame.
