Day 1 calves are my goal bro
Brus calves in day one beat all bodybuilders that i know 💀
Dangerous to train same muscle for so long, especially after age 30+. Muscles would benefit from a days rest after effort to minimise the risk of a tear or rupture.

I'm not an expert, but I believe if you use thinner sole shoes you can get more traction with your feet for better contraction for the calves…

Idk why but my calves are huge from muscle but there's also alot of fat stored next to it is that because it expects me to use my calves more often so it store the fat there for it to generate energy from the fat?

From what I know you shouldn't train the same muscle group over and over again, because 1. your muscles won't grow as fast because they need time to rest and 2. your muscles can actually atrophy from doing this.
