1) Kuwaiti airspace and territory was closed to all belligerents since day 1 of the conflict.
2) Kuwaiti F18's shot down 'unidentified' objects coming into Kuwaiti airspace from an active conflict area.
3) 3 targets were flying low, out of an active conflict area, almost as if it was a bombing run.
4) CENTCOM did NOT share IFF or Link-16 information with it's 'partners' (personal speculation)
Of course you'd have friendly fire incidents under these circumstances. Of course Kuwait would 'own the mistake', it wasn't the Kuwaitis' fault.
Once the downed pilots were identified as American, and not Iranian, the Civilians treated them and called the authorities.
They thought the pilot was israel.

There is a key telling, we have been allied with Kuwait, and other Arab nations firmly since Desert Storm. With that firm alignment, we have two thorns in the side of these allies. The two thorns are, the Industrial Military Complex, and the clowns operating for the Crowns hidden hands (MIC & HH). A lot has happened since anti-American regime took control after 9/11, and that include selling, and arming our allies in UAK, but one thing the MIC & the HH did do was equally upgrade AOL systems. Even POTUS Trump 45 was hampered from completing the systems upgrade, the same regime hindering the UAK defense system were busy undermining POTUS 45.
Under POTUS 47, time was of an essence, but he also operates on; "sometimes they have to see for themselves", and now both UAK & MAGA/AF USA have seen, they now understand that a mishmash of arms purchasing can be harmful to a nation security. UAK will no longer rely on the fake seal of NATO arms, and focus on US arms. NATO is done, now a new Sovereign Alliance has reason from the ashes of the forever war Iran was meant to be. The Hidden Hands of the Crown has been exposed, now her neighbors know the evil that lurks about them, and EU nest is about to be put to the flames. German Chancellor has said as much in very little words, he only needed to be with POTUS Trump 47 during a press conference.
Warmongers got the war they advocated for, but they sure as hell weren't counting on the Massive RUG PULL of the half century.
