  1. Planet Ayurveda Vitamin-D3 Capsules have become an essential part of my wellness regimen. My doctor emphasized the importance of vitamin D for calcium absorption, and this supplement has been a great addition.

  2. 9:01 you spoke about just a couple of very serious health conditions which don’t make up the claims of health benefits of Vit D, then conclude that – and I quote ‘extra vitamin D has not been shown to improve health’ as a general comment on the subject. This is provably and patently not correct. Need to be more careful.

  3. 600IU is just enough to prevent rickets in children. They have much much smaller bodies. Grown adults who have a lot of weight gain and or darker skin need much much more sunlight. At least 10,000IU a day to prevent diseases not under the sun and to put most diseases into remission. Also skin cancer kept rising after people avoided sun by using sunscreen or seeking shade from fear, so the sun was never the problem. Sunglasses also cause skin to burn as the body thinks it’s Gary outside. Clever evil globalists. Most viruses also block the vit D cell receptors as they want to survive. So taking a supplement means you’ll only absorb around 60% .. so take higher amounts.

  4. Really helpful video! I've always heard a lot about Vitamin D, but it’s great to finally understand how important it is for our bones and overall health. Do you have any tips for getting enough Vitamin D naturally if you live somewhere with not a lot of sunshine?"

  5. It was all going so well, until the standard trotting out of the dosages. 800IU is laughable for an adult. Yes, it will more than likely prevent rickets and osteomalacia, but for overall optimum immune health it is far too low. Windows do stop UVB, but so does Sunscreen, which is not made clear here. Also the angle of the Sun is not covered, which is time of day and year, and latitude dependent. Getting a blood test, which everyone should do before considering supplementation is also not mentioned. Do that in the Winter , and I would give very good odds on the majority being at least insufficient. I understand why doctors don't want to recommend more than their Governmental bodies recommend, but people need to have all of the pertinent information.

  6. People need more sunlight they need to drink more whole milk because it is actually good for you and so is cheese the real cheese of course and there's a few other things that may have vitamin D in there that you can eat or drink perhaps but we need to definitely get more sunlight and drink more whole milk❤❤

  7. Sun "protection" creates skin cancer 😂😂😂😂 keep sleeping dreamers!

Since when is there any truth in what they tell us????

They are only here to take our money and keep us sick 😂😂😂😂

  8. From my experience, a good supplement is between 5000 and 10000 UI per day. Even in the summer. It’s not like you walk ‘all day’ naked in the sun.

  9. Dude, when talking about vitamin D you have to be more specific: D, D2 or D3.
We get vitamin D3 from the sun's radiation, specifically from the UVB type. There are three main types of UV radiation: UVA, UVB, and UVC. Each type has different wavelengths and properties, with UVC being the most energetic and potentially harmful, but largely filtered out by the Earth's atmosphere. The maximum amount of UVB on earth is 5%, and you can receive this amount on the equator. As you move away from the equator on both sides, the amount of UVB decreases. Surprisingly, there has been no definitive determination of the correct amount of vitamin D3 for our bodies. This lack of clarity contributes to misunderstandings in diagnosing vitamin D3 deficiency.

  10. Great presentation. Clear normal speed and elaborate (about the topic). So much i did not know about Vitamin D in such a short video. The professional way it has been presented makes not even realize 11 minutes has passed.

  11. So if it's so easy to get vit D then why is everyone suggesting taking regular vit d3? The way you explain it most people would only need to be outside for 15 mins at you're done for weeks if not months…

  12. More recent studies on Vit D are less cautious than studies from 11 years ago. NICE suggested levels of Vit D are also too cautious. They should lead on more up to date studies and champion for blood testing rather than preventing blood test when the correct personal level can do much good.

  13. ⚠️Warning ⚠️ I almost lost my pancreas for taking 10,000 IU of vitamin D3 every day for few months. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨
