Harry Lehman (John Turturro) is an aging pickpocket who plies his trade with ever-diminishing returns in a drastically changed New York. Wallets stuffed with cash have been replaced by easily canceled credit cards, and Harry struggles to make ends meet as he cares for his disabled wife, Rosie. When he unwittingly purloins and fences a valuable USB stick, Harry finds himself in a race against time to return the loot or face the rage of a vengeful crime family.

  1. finally something that isn’t a rehash of some marvel movie. this feels like how movies used to be made. i hope it does well. we need more films like these.

  2. Gives me the typical Hollywood "try to be deep and emotional" feeling that'll end up miserably with a great cast and potential. Pretenders will enjoy this shallow stuff. Looks very very boring…

  4. Lol, in real life John Turturro wouldn't be a good pickpocket, he's too tall, and has a memorable appearance, people would notice him, a good pickpocket would be short to average height and look completely forgettable, no one would give him a second glance, so he could easily blend in.
