  1. All these studies you mention used totally insufficient amounts of Vitamin D to see the true benefits. Studies suggest that exposing arms and legs (about 25% of body surface) to midday summer sun for 10–30 minutes can generate anywhere from 10,000 to 25,000 IU of vitamin D in light-skinned individuals. Darker skin may take 3–10× longer for similar production. That being the case, why in the world would any study look at 2000 IU as a supplement? Just as stupid is supplementing in order to reach a pre-defined level of D in the body, when the levels used on based on preventing rickets and not on preventing cancer.

  2. I never knew I would ever get cured from hsv2 until I came across Dr Osade on YouTube who helped me with the treatment to get rid of the virus thank you Dr Osade for your help and support.

  3. So, my insurance no longer covers the vitamin D test and the only vitD I can get a prescription for is the megadose of D2. I need to take things in my hands, clearly

  4. Have you looked at this study? Veugelers PJ, Ekwaru JP. A statistical error in the estimation of the recommended dietary allowance for vitamin D. Nutrients. 2014 Oct 20

  5. This video provides a balanced overview of recent research on vitamin D supplementation. While it may not significantly reduce overall mortality or cancer incidence, studies suggest a modest 13% decrease in cancer mortality3. The benefits appear more pronounced for normal-weight individuals, with obese people potentially requiring higher doses3. However, the overall impact on health outcomes remains limited and requires further research.

  6. Vitamin d stores in your body for months.. you don't need it everyday it's not even sunny everyday lol shocking that dr greger would put out such a stupid video, its a worry, i thoight he was trustworthy
