Turnovers obviously matter because decision-making, ball security and avoiding negative plays are critical traits for any quarterback, but practice interceptions don’t always tell the entire story — especially when coaches are deliberately putting QBs in difficult situations to test them. Watson has had his share of mistakes during camp, while recent practices have also shown him string together much cleaner stretches. So when Monken is ultimately deciding who gives the Browns the best chance to win, how much weight should he put on turnovers compared with accuracy, decision-making, command of the offense and what happens when the lights come on?

Interceptions or like a flat tire. It's a pattern, that we all go through in life. When you catch a flat tire, speeding ticket, Etc.You're catch Em like back-to-back, multiple times before it stop but you haven't had anything happened to you in a while. It happens, when they throw interceptions and haven't thrown one in a while. They will throw multiple interceptions

This QB battle was NEVER a chance for Shedeur to usurp Deshaun. It was supposed to be for Deshaun to assert himself and prove himself the better of the two. The fact that he hasn't been named a starter as of yesterday is an indictment on how atrocious he is going to look when he starts the season off.
